I understand that this contribution is my commitment for the duration of the season unless officially cancelled according to club policy.

I authorize automatic deduction of the selected amount via Mobile Money on my chosen frequency. I confirm that my Mobile Money account will have sufficient funds before each deduction date.

My personal information will only be used for membership administration and payment reminders. The club will not share my personal data with any third party without my explicit consent, except where required by law.

I acknowledge that I have the right to cancel my participation by submitting a written cancellation request at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
