1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the AutoSaveSupport platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

AutoSaveSupport provides an automated savings and club-contribution service powered by Mobile Money. The platform facilitates recurring deductions from your registered Mobile Money number based on a consent form you complete at registration.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure your Mobile Money account has sufficient balance before each scheduled deduction.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not register with false information.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

4. Contributions & Payments

All contributions are final once processed. Failed payments due to insufficient balance will be retried. You may cancel or modify your contribution plan from your dashboard at any time before the next scheduled deduction.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoSaveSupport is not liable for failed payments caused by Mobile Money network outages, insufficient user balance, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are involved in abuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
